Richmond, Fredricksburg & Potomac #3866. Based on a prototype constructed by the Southern Iron and Equipment Company (SIECO) beginning in the 1960s, these purpose-built cars served well into the 2000s hauling pulpwood between the pulp landings in the woods and the paper mills. The open cars featured a V-sloped deck and tall bulkheads at each end of the car to keep the load in place. This is a one-time run of these roadnumbers.
